Playing with the white and black keys | 5 - 6 years old
In this preparatory piano course we immediately start playing with two hands. Of course this starts very simply, but soon the first beautiful sounds and songs can be heard. The pupils also play together. Alternately one pupil plays the melody, the other the accompaniment. We practise skills such as legato, staccato, playing softly and loudly, and the first basic techniques are taught in a playful way. While we're at it, we'll learn to read some music notes and discover what a violin key is and what a bass key is. Step by step, key by key.
This course is a good preparatory course for the piano classes (from the age of 7).
After your application has been completed, the teacher will contact you about the day and time of the course. The group allocation takes place on the basis of equal age and equal level. Sometimes, due to the many applications, we have to work with a waiting list. This course starts after the summer holidays.
