Even though you have no experience dancing ballet or that you danced a real long time ago, with this short course you can (re)experience how nice it is to work on your posture and condition in a pleasant way. Ballet is both a hard work and relaxation, while learning to improve your posture. You will learn to improve the way you move so you will eventually walk and sit straighter, move more gracefully and develop powerful, supple muscles. And most importantly: the pleasure you experience from dancing!
